Please carefully read, review and be sure you understand our Terms and Conditions of Use prior to downloading or using any of the Themes or Add-ons from concrete5studio. You should carefully read all of our terms and conditions as your purchase or use of any concrete5studio Product(s), or services and use of this Website and any materials or Products available herein identifies that you agree to the following Terms of Use and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions accordingly.
1. Theme License & Usage
Themes - All our themes are licensed under the concrete5 Commercial Add-on License. You own your copy for use on one (1) site and the development environment for it. Use it on another site, you should buy it again. You are allowed to remove the copyright information in the footer and make any modifications you want to your themes.
Free Themes - You are allowed to use them on as many sites as you fish, you may not remove the copyright notice in the footer, without written consent.
Photoshop Source Files - (PSD) Photoshop source files are licensed and copyrighted under concrete5studio and you are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.
2. Theme Compatibility
Our themes are developed to work on a self-hosted concrete5 site, which can be downloaded from concrete5.org.
3. Theme Updates
Each time a new version of concrete5 is released, we check our themes for compatibility with the new version, and we update them if this is required. Also we update our themes any time we discover a bug or when a new feature has been added to the theme. All updates and new versions are free of charge for existing customers.
4. Theme support
With the purchase of a Single Theme or Membership subscription you get full access to our Documentation, Tutorials and Support Forum sections. Technical Support is provided on our Support Forum, and you should not expect it via e-mail, comments, Twitter or any other means. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a theme package to receive support. Moreover, the support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of concrete5 itself.

5. Refund policy
All sales are final. Since we offer non-tangible products which are delivered via digital download, we do not issue refunds after a purchase is made. If there is a problem with one of our themes or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem. Every theme sold on concrete5studio has a fully functional “live” demo running the latest stable version of concrete5 which can be tested at will.
6. Price Changes
concrete5studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, prices of all products or subscriptions, including monthly subscription fees, at any time with or without notice.
7. Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of concrete5 or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes will work.
We cannot guarantee that themes will function with all 3rd party components, plug-ins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration themes on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee that concrete5studio themes will work with all browsers combinations.
